First Consultation:
During our first sit-down meeting, we discuss your specific needs, goals, and budget for the project. This initial consultation allows us to determine the best way to serve you. Be prepared to come up with any questions you’ll have about the home building process.

Architecture & Design:
During the pre-construction phase of your project, our architect works closely with you to draft designs suited to your needs, your wishlist, and your lifestyle requirements.

Estimate:
Once you’ve reviewed the final design of your home, you’ll be provided with the cost of the project. We’ll guide you through the quote and give you a breakdown of each step.

Construction Phase:
Before starting with construction, we’ll obtain all the required permits and submit the plans to your local municipality for planning approval. During the construction phase, you are welcome to ask us any questions you may have. In each step of the way, we’ll keep you up to date of what we are doing.
